RENUE BY SCIENCE NAD⁺ ACTIVATOR – Senolytic – Liposomal Quercetin, Fisetin & Spermidine - 60 Capsules
RENUE BY SCIENCE NAD⁺ Activator is specially formulated with the most powerful senolytics to eliminate senescent cells that increase inflammation and consume NAD⁺, along with AMPK activators to increase NAD⁺ production inside cells and throughout the body.
Each Capsule Contains:
- 77mg Liposomal Quercetin
- 35mg Liposomal Fisetin
- 3mg Liposomal Spermidine
About Activator
Activator has been specially formulated with Lipo Quercetin, Lipo Fisetin, and Lipo Spermidine to be a powerful combination senolytic and AMPK activator. As we age, we accumulate more and more senescent cells.
Senescent cells are cells that refuse to die, creating toxins that cause inflammation and play a causal role in ageing. Supplements in Activator have been shown to eliminate a significant number of senescent cells, which in turn reduce the inflammation and ageing these cells cause.
Activator also includes AMPK activators that increase NAD+ and promote mitochondrial biogenesis, which creates new mitochondria that burn excess glucose and fats. This allows them to be used for energy instead of storing them in the stomach and elsewhere in the body.

About Liposomal Delivery
Renue By Science's Lipo products are part of a sustained-released liposomal delivery system that provides superior absorption in easy-to-swallow capsules. Their process encapsulates and delivers their products intracellularly in their complete form where they can be absorbed and utilized rather than being destroyed in the stomach.
Lipo Quercetin
As a plant pigment, quercetin belongs to a group of plant compounds called flavonoids. Flavonoids are compounds commonly found in vegetables, fruits, grains, tea, and wine. Flavonoids are associated with a wide variety of health benefits.
Quercetin has been shown to selectively eliminate dangerous senescent cells, which secrete toxins that cause inflammation, without affecting healthy cells. Senescent cells are also implicated in the ageing process, causing the degradation of NAD+ levels by the activation of CD38, a protein that is found on the cell membranes both inside and on the surface of many immune cells.
Lipo Fisetin
Like quercetin, fisetin is yet another flavonoid that is a natural polyphenol and antioxidant. Found in strawberries, apples, onions, and other plants that are particularly good at getting rid of senescent or “Zombie cells”, fisetin has been called “The King of Senolytics”.
In human trials at the prestigious Mayo Clinic, fisetin was shown to significantly reduce the number of senescent cells in adipose tissue, thereby reducing systemic inflammation and increasing strength and joint mobility in elderly test subjects.
The ability of fisetin to destroy senescent cells clears a path for NAD+ boosters to be much more effective by ridding the body of the toxins that create inflammation in the body, one of the main drivers of age-related diseases.
Increased inflammation leads to more CD38 that consumes NAD+, which leads to more age-related diseases. Removing senescent cells lowers inflammation and spares NAD+ from being consumed.
Fisetin has also been shown to increase NAD+ levels through the activation of AMPK, a key modulator of energy levels and the production of ATP, needed by mitochondria.
Lipo Spermidine
Spermidine is a naturally occurring molecule that is vital to cell function and survival. It’s part of a group of molecules called polyamines. Declining polyamine levels are associated with inflammation-driven ageing.
Spermidine Induces Autophagy and Reduces Inflammation
Spermidine’s main mechanism of action is its ability to induce autophagy, a self-preservation process which clears out toxic, damaged and dysfunctional cells, resulting in lower levels of inflammation in the body.
Normally, the process of autophagy is induced by an extended period of fasting. However, it can also be induced by compounds like Spermidine, which mimic the anti-ageing benefits of caloric restriction.

Inflammation Is A Major Consumer of NAD+
Chronic inflammation is a risk factor for a wide range of age-related diseases and it’s a major consumer of NAD+. In order to restore your NAD+ pool, minimizing inflammation is vital.
Spermidine’s Potential Impact On Aging
According to Dr. David Sinclair, professor of genetics at Harvard and one of the leading longevity scientists, Spermidine can reduce disease and lower bioage by 5.7 years.
