Refunds
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you change your mind after your purchase, we allow for a 14-day return policy. This is 14-days from the date of receipt, as per AusPost tracking. We do offer a full refund for any/all items, minus the shipping cost (which is at the customer’s expense) for a change of heart. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Products must be in their original packaging and unopened.
A full refund including postage costs will be issued in the case of faulty or defective products.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed immediately and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Exchanges
bodytonix must be notified of an exchange and authorised the return, for it to be deemed valid. All return items must be in their original packaging, un-opened, without damage and therefore in a condition to be re-sold. Any return that deviates from this definition will not be eligible for a refund.
We can only exchange or replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase, please send us an email at admin@bodytonix.com.au to notify our staff and they will assist you with this process.
All items are to be sent to bodytonix - 1/39 Leighton Place, Hornsby NSW 2077 for inspection, to inspect the item/s integrity, before a refund or replacement can be processed.
*Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Cancellation
Due to our fast shipping service, you have only have small window to change order details or request a cancellation if an order has been processed and a mistake has been made. If this applies to you, please contact us immediately at admin@bodytonix.com.au, and we will try to accommodate your request, provided your order has not yet been shipped.
